Started today!

Downloaded the training scheduleon the Bridge to Brisbane website...
And finally started my training today with the total body workout on the exercise ball, boy it was hard but really satisfying and very tiring because I am unfit. I look forward to my body toning up and getting stronger as I progress towards my goal.
